02 What this site is — and isn't

This is a simple informational site. It does not offer user accounts, logins, e-commerce, comment sections, or newsletters. There is no form that stores your data on this website. The only way the site invites contact is through a standard "mailto" email link.

03 The data I collect

Information you send me

If you choose to email me using the address on this site, I receive whatever you put in that message — typically your name, email address, and details about your business or enquiry. I only ever receive this because you decided to write to me.

Technical information

This site is served by a third-party hosting provider that may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and to keep the service running. These logs are handled by the host and are not used by me to build profiles or track individuals.

04 Cookies and analytics

This website does not set marketing or advertising cookies of its own, and it does not run third-party analytics such as Google Analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering the font files. If your browser blocks these requests, the site still works with fallback system fonts.

Because no non-essential cookies are used on this site, there is no cookie consent banner to manage.

05 Why I use your data and the legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry — legal basis: my legitimate interest, and taking steps at your request prior to entering a possible contract.
• To provide agreed services — where we go on to work together, legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep the site secure and available — legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the website.
• To meet legal and tax obligations — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

06 How long I keep it

Email enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation, and then deleted periodically. Records tied to a paid engagement (contracts, invoices) are retained for as long as required by Moldovan tax and accounting law, after which they are securely deleted.

07 Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal data, and I never share it for third-party marketing. Your data may be processed by trusted service providers acting on my behalf — for example, my email provider and website host. Where a project requires it, and with your knowledge, data may be processed within advertising platforms such as Meta or TikTok strictly to deliver the services you have engaged me for.

08 Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you; to restrict or object to its processing; and to request a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, just email me and I will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Moldovan supervisory authority, the National Center for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Naţional pentru Protecţia Datelor cu Caracter Personal), if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
